Farm raised fried chicken, corn and mashed potatoes with gravy from the drippings, flour and milk. Oh, and knock off cheddar bay biscuits.

Looks good you three! Got to start getting pics of my plated food to play along. Tonight was baked/breaded chicken breast, mashed with gravy. chicken flavored rice (for my youngest who hates most forms of potato), corn and stuffing. We always make more than needed because "you never know who will stop by" and it makes a great lunch the next day. As it would happen one of the kids friends stopped by just in time to eat! She said this is like Thanksgiving! So many of the girls friends are eating on the run out of a fast food window.

Beef bacon?

We kept the plates, or belly, and you treat it just like pork, it seems a little tougher but I knife cut the first so when I slice it I’ll make sure it’s thin.
