Chuck Roast , baked potato and asparagus tonight . Wife is leaving for Florida for a week so I am on my own in the kitchen .
Probably be Reuben’s for the next 7 days. I should have probably practiced !

It was pressure cooked….
If I had to do it again it would be boiled in gasoline…
