He probably ordered the fireworks from ACME. They probably didn't have instructions on them telling one not to set them off on your head. It makes sense it should not have hurt him, explosives explode going up don't they. Sounds like bad instructions on the fireworks, someone should pay and heads need to roll ! Oh, it sounds like they already have, lol.

Alcohol has been the downfall of many an otherwise sensible person. I’ve done some stupid things myself under the influence, but not that stupid.
