Asian bush honeysuckle - 03/29/25 11:24 PM
This delight has started leafing out around here. Too early to spray with triclopyr, surfactant, and water? Thanks.

It has gotten horrible around here. Its very difficult to manage. I can remember back in the late 80s early 90s it was not in my area, then around the late 90s it was everywhere here. Most of the forest edges and ditch banks are choked out with the stuff.

Been cutting it and spraying the stump with tordon. It’s ruined the timber in these parts

I would have more time on my hands without: Asian bush honeysuckle, Sericea lespedeza, musk thistle, and multifloral rose.

Might be a little early, but give it a couple more weeks and you should be good to go.
