Weird censorship going on

Western channels censor negative words even if they were historically used back then and have been accepted for decades then I see movie clips on FB where they blank out the guns in the movies.

But the TV shows/news use swear words not used back in those western days it’s ridiculous the woke stuff they come up with today and how things have changed.

Yeah, that is crazy. Watching one channel and a slight amount of cleavage is blurred out. Change the channel and they're "doing it" with no filters of any type.

I've seen it more and more over the last year or so. Guns, blood, cleavage, punches and other types of mild violence. Words like sex, mild cursing, derogatory comments.. The woke crap has really gotten ridiculous.

I don't really mind the censorship of naughty words; it's the censorship of ideas and truth that I really get PO'd about. The MSM -yes, including FOX- has been feeding us a line for decades, Even I bought into a lot of it.

How am I gonna enjoy All in the Family at this rate?

In the John Wayne western "El Dorado" there's a scene where James Caan takes a flower pot,puts it on his head,puts a blanket around his shoulders and squints and starts jabbering like he's Chinese.I've noticed the tv stations cut that part out now.

Censorship of historical facts is troubling, given it's long term implications. that history may be erased., that is not good.

There’s a lotta stuff I hear in the old movies and I think whoa that’s messed up but that show the progress that’s been made erasing that seems like a lesson lost.

This country has been censored on what to believe, what to think, how to behave, etc. for the last 70 years.

We think we know everything, but we don't know jack. All we know is what we are force fed from propaganda.

Millions will sit down at the dinner table, will pass the potatoes , say grace, and engage in conversation. Most of which will be influenced by current social media . And so it goes

They got away with that before with Trump and a bunch of others, and they liked it. It is why Musk bought Twitter in the first place. Free speech, true First Amendment free speech, terrifies the elites. Somebody might mention to the masses..... the emperor has no clothes on.

Every Saturday evening on ME TV they run the Three Stooges for two hours. I watch it and still get a sore stomach from laughing so hard. Some people object to this saying the Stooges are too violent for our kids. Yet, there seems to be no problem with movies where there are shootings and killings with graphic scenes.

Yep. Movies that portray gangsters and dope fiends as people to have sympathy for are everywhere. But movies about people with good values are rarely shown. The religion of animal rights and global warming are fine. Recently watched a movie called alpha where an ancient human and wolf bond. I almost quit watching after it showed them running aurochs off a cliff. Guy fell off and landed on a ledge. No one came to butcher the animals

I don't know if Russian state TV is woke or not. I would guess that the state uses censorship and propaganda to control what you see and hear and to influence your opinions and the way you think.

Our American media does the same thing.
