What states allow it. Online?

There’s only one place you can get fireworks in AK, they’re open everyday but Xmas as far as I’m aware. They also have a gravel pit to light your fireworks in, because they’re illegal statewide except for within about 2 miles of the fireworks stand

When I was a kid we made shotgun hull guns powered with firecrackers. We would find a pipe just big enough to put an empty 12 Ga. shells in to the rim. Smashed the other end shut with a sledge hammer. Light a firecracker and drop it in. Drop the shell in and aim it. Never lost a finger or an eye and got pretty accurate with them - but had some close calls. Don't try this at home kids.

I think they still have year round stands in Wyoming.

Pa never allowed any sale or use of fireworks, but that changed a few years back. Now there’s stores scattered across the state.

There's a couple of year round fireworks places north of me on I- 44 around Springfield, MO. A waste of gunpowder for me.

Completely illegal here, but You'd never know it July 4th and every summer weekend.

You can buy them 24/7 and score some easy meth to enhance the experience.

Rocky Mountain fur and Fireworks in Idaho. Dennis Heck has bought fur at our association sales out west for decades. Open year round.

USPS won't carry fireworks. FedEx and UPS will carry fireworks.

I've never bought a firework. We can now legally buy fireworks and set them off in Ohio. You used to be able to buy fireworks, but had to set them off out of state, which probably almost nobody really did.

Our biggest event when I had Marshal was the Huber Heights 4th of July Festival. My guards and the Huber Heights police, who mostly worked for me part time, would compete to confiscate the most fireworks at the festival. The last night, after the festival closed, they would leave the beer taps open for us and we, the police, the JCs and Junior JCs would drink, drive around on golf carts and shoot of loads of fireworks, often at each other. It was a blast.
