Don't care for eating them.
Been spoiled all my life eating walleye,crappie, gills and flat head.

I waste extra white meat to make sure I don't have any yellow or red meat, soaked the meat in about everything known to mankind, baked it, fried it, grilled it,etc. I just don't like the taste of spoonbills.

But I (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman) sure give a bag to friends that stop by wanting a bag of fish.

We troll for them a few times a year at Lake of the Ozarks. I've got a buddy who's pretty big into it on that lake and catches a lot of 100 plus pounders.

It's not my favorite fish to eat, but I'll take it over a turd eating tilapia. But I don't think it's fit to eat after it's been frozen.
