I am old and not tact-I-cooli guess because I still like a leather sheath. Good on Mora for making products that you don't have to put a 2nd mortgage on the house to buy tho.

Don't do this, I've only got so many pockets and each already has it's own knife. LOL

the plastic sheath has a clip/belt loop

slide the knife down in my ruler pocket on my dungarees turning the clip out , not quite as slick as what the sheath that also keeps the orientation correct but it worked well.

This sheath is designed to conceal a knife in your pocket with easy access. If someone grabs your gun or get's on top of you it's a good tool for them to leave your alone.
If you buy a knife with this sheath it's going to cost you around $500

I think we're looking at this differently. I see a $22 knife with a sheath included.... and this post is about telling people why they need an $85 sheath for the $22 knife.... instead of the free one.... unless I am misunderstanding.

I buy Mora knives by the handful, Last I checked the companion was about 12 bucks, with a good enough sheath....I'm sure the existing sheath can be modified, Not buying an 85$ sheath for a 12$ knife...
