I’m hoping he used the oven as a timer! And a meat thermometer to check the temperature.


Dear sweet baby Jesus please let me know that this person didn’t use an oven to “smoke” meat.

But I run a thermometer to know when it’s close so I’m not opening the smoker too much.

How many beers did it take to smoke?

That’s a pork butt. So at least 1.5-2 beers (90 min) for every pound at 225?

The time was on the microwave when I put it on.i used a meat thermometer for internal temp used a pit boss smoker with cherry and charcoal pellets started off at 180 smoke mode then bumped it up to 250 to finish it up.
