Lions vs 2-3 Chiefs... - 10/13/25 12:42 AM

Chiefs could be 2-4 by nights end

Should be a good game in Arrow Head

The stars aligned and I got to watch Pittsburgh today. smile

Learned a crazy stat....the Steelers have beaten the Browns in 22 straight regular season games at home. The Browns last win was in 2003.

Sore losers after that game. I imagine Branch will get a hefty fine.

Little fight after the game.
No big deal.

Re: Lions vs 2-3 Chiefs... - 10/13/25 03:28 AM

Clay is right. Branch (aka sore loser) knocked down a Chiefs player and a minor scuffle ensued. Mahomes extended his hand as a "good game" gesture, Branch blew it off. The next Chief he came to he knocked down with a kind of open hand slap/punch. They said its a habit of his.

Lions were looking good at halftime when I went to bed. Was pleasantly surprised this morning.

I saw somewhere....that the Chiefs had no penalties called against them .

Any truth to that ??

True
Lions had 4 penalties for 38 yards. Chiefs had none. Officials missed a few on both sides but overall a pretty clean game until it was over. laugh

I like the going for it on 4th down.

The way homie glared into cam,
that honeymoon might be over.
The boyfriend seemed stoked,
next media guy up.

Good for them, I was pulling for Lions.

Hey, tman hates talking about high priced
jaggers that are not worth it.
Can we get back to politicians now?

If you watched that game you would know that the Chiefs outplayed Detroit start to finish.
No whiney excuses. Just a well played game on both sides. KC was better this week than the Lions.

Re: Lions vs 2-3 Chiefs... - 10/13/25 02:24 PM

The lions declined at least one I remember.

How about last week? Refs threw over a dozen on the chiefs to make them lose to Jacksonville.

Re: Lions vs 2-3 Chiefs... - 10/13/25 02:43 PM

I watched the entire game and was neutral on who would win. The Chiefs outplayed the Lions as you can see by the score.
The reason the touchdown was called back was because Goff didn't set. He walked up to the center without stopping. The center hiked the ball to the running back who passed to Goff and he ran it in for the TD resulting in an illegal procedure, I guess.

The game that was a shocker was the Giants over the Eagles!

That or embarrassed that the Chiefs have as many wins as both the Ohio teams he was bragging up combined. laugh

How bout them Steelers!?!?

Roger the dodger doing ok. Figured I better brag on them before they go into their usual funk.

Is the AFC North that bad?

Steelers at Cinncy Thursday night for the geriatric bowl.
They meet again 1 month later.

Mr. Rogers passes were right at the edge.
If he can hold that edge...

Watch for big #90 Mt. Washington,
300 lb thumbs but entertaining tight end
that will probably go tackle $$.

LOL. At the end of a game decent people/players extend their hand saying good game. Disgruntled sore losers, don't do that. See what Campbell had to say about Branch. laugh

Juju was going for an Emmey in acting/drama
when his bicycle got stolen.
