Looks like it might be a handy unit for touch up, but not sure how well it would work. Anyone use one much?

I wouldn't use those on good skinning knives-ok for kitchen knives.

Nate have a look at the Ken Onion stone. Its got an edge guide built on it. Its all I use anymore.

That looks like a nice unit.
I probably should get brushed up on the ol' whetstone. I used to do that when I was a kid, but kinda lost my knack, or maybe the patience. I've got a few blades that need a good tune up.
