The Department sent me 3 questionnaires, for some reason, and each one has it's own unique code number to log into the questionnaire.
None of them work.

Weird.

The codes should work later this week hopefully. I emailed Stephanie and she said the cards weren't supposed to be mailed until the 15th which is when the questionnaire portion of the website is supposed to go live.

I got two today seems like whoever put these in the system wasn't paying attention or just decided to waste a little of the states money but the questionnaire is working today

I feel cheated, I only received two. Neither worked for logging in.

I spoke with Steph yesterday. Said site should be working, now. I'll wait 'till the 15'th, though.
