Ivory Trap - 02/04/22 11:04 PM

Hey Trappers, here is your chance to win one Chuck Carnahan's one of kind fossilized ivory traps. We haven't had our annual Spring ATA Fling in a couple years so we decided to sell a deck of cards for $100 a card. When all 52 cards are sold, we will draw the winner. All proceeds go to the Alaska Trappers Association to help in the fight to protect our trapping rights and Heritage. I have around 20 cards left. [Linked Image]

Newhouse114 is Chuck's handle on here. On another note, I still have 17 cards left for the Ivory trap if anyone is interested.

Re: Ivory Trap - 03/23/22 07:18 PM

T-man's own EAH won the 52 card tear-up for the 2021-22 ivory trap. What comes around goes around. He donated a bunch of stuff to the Annual Fling and won the trap in return. Thanks Eugene for your support of the ATA.

The new Ivory MB-750 went to Jim Masek after a hard fought battle for $4100.

Thanks for all the support this year

It was a Very fun day for me that's for sure, my grandmother mailed it down and it arrived today!!! Pictures don't do this work of art justice at all!
A big thank you to Chuck for a beautiful donation and to Jr for putting this all together.
Chuck from one carver to another this is amazing, the details you are carving are just unbelievable!

EAH, thanks for the comments. That #114 was my first attempt (and possibly my last) at carving a kinkless chain!
