ILLINOIS Conibears in trouble

HB 5799 which is sponsered by Rep Ed Sullivan, Jr (R) from Lake county Illinois will eliminate the use of conibears in illinois. The Bill is in the rules committee right now. I encourage everyone to bombard his office and email.

Yes, they are.
