Montana HB 228

This bill would give law abiding citizens the right to carry, openly or concealed, without jumping through hoops trying to get a concealed carry license. I think it reflects what the constitution says, but the peace officers association is against it. Apparently they do not trust the people who pay their wages.
This bill has passed the house and is now in the senate. Please contact your state senator and tell them whether or not you want this bill passed. HB 228 is now in committee and is facing opposition.
