.22 upgrade

I’m upgrading one of my .22s and when I say upgrade it’s not much.
I have a marlin model 60 and I’m gonna put a red dot on it and a sling so it’s easier to carry on the line

There are a lot of picattiny rail type bases made for the model 60. Check around some of them lock down really well which will make your choice of optic seat well and you won’t have trouble keeping it zeroed. I’m much older but have like 10 model 60s they can be very accurate. Check out rimfirecentral it is a forum with all things rim fire. Tons of knowledge and information plus the sponsors are all about rim fires. They even have a section dedicated to the model 60.
