What are some good summertime coyote sets?

Trying to prepare for some chicken theives this summer, what are good sets, baits and lures for summertime coyotes?

People say coyotes switch their diets to more plant based diets with fruit and stuff in them but even though its spring and summer I still find downed deer from them, so I think they still eat meat this time of year.
