knows how to break a dog from being scared of a v

Who all on here has a dog(s) if you do share about them whether for hunting/ trapline dog or just a buddy, my dog is named Ralph he is a mountian cur he is 4 1/2 months old I’m training him as a coon dog and a trapline dog I would post pictures but don’t know how to... also who knows how to break a dog from being scared of a vehicle (asking for a friend) thanks
