Any one have any recommendations? I am having trouble with my left elbow and forearm and know I'll need help. Saw a locking coil spring setter "the one hand setter" not sure about it working on a #4 under spring. thanks

I would contact Dave Sheldon, I don't know that he has one for under spring traps, but he fits a variety of coil springs, I bet he can come up with an idea.

I have one for setting #4 jumps & #14's from Dave Sheldon davidfsheldonjr@gmail.com or OneHandSetters on hete . They work GREAT! And a lot safer, and easier to remove your catch.
