Anyone know how to adjust pan tension on these? All I can think if is to wax the contact points. Right now the trap tension has to be 8 pounds or more.

Rubbing wax on the contacts dropped mine down to under 4 pounds.

Loosen screw and bolts to loose , if looking for 3lbs you are going to get it.4 or 5 lbs. Just right a coyote with wax maybe 3.5 lbs ???
A flat file take burs off contact points ,,,but be extra carefull
Or call kim Harris up
Call Kim he'll be on the road here soon.
Don't think anyone ever calls him lol

There is a bolt you can loosen to adjust the tension.

I saw a person on YouTube who went through the adjustment process. Showed where the wax buildup would be in the cross members under the pan. How to strengthen the cross arms under the pan etc.. Of course I can't locate it now. Maybe you would have better luck on YouTube.
