Paid about $20 for a tub of rusty traps I intended to use for muskrat. Ran them thru a vinegar bath and started seeing what the rust was hiding (ill admit I didn't pay attention in the first place to even think anything was good in that tub) here's what I found, what's the damage as far as what they were worth vs what they're worth now? I plan on keeping anyway just because they're neat but I'm curious. Thank you

I say you devalued them by half what they were worth.

The good news is that all of the traps in the picture are very common, so the collector value is minimal.

In uncleaned collector condition, they are worth $10.00 to $12.00 each.
