Collecting and Selling

Collecting and Selling - 10/01/17 11:07 PM

I have collected a few traps over the years and I am not yet ready to sell, but.... What is the best way to sell a trap collection of even just a few collector traps when the time comes. I read in my trap collector book the prices that they are worth in good condition. Does a person follow these prices when the time comes? Some day the time will come and I just want to go down the right path to do so. Thanks ahead for any input.

Ha. Sell them to me!

I won't be selling my collection. Maybe my kids will when I gone, but not before.....

Join North American Trap Collector Assn. They put out a magazine where people
show and discuss collector traps. Buy. sell or trade.

I would hang on to them for my kids but neither are interested in trapping of traps. They think I am crazy for always bringing more home or old traps coming in the mail. It is a sickness that doesn't spread in my family I guess. I have had it for a long time.

Condition is everything. I like to sell at trapping conventions as the buyer can see what they are getting.
