Has anyone seen something like this? It is 25" long and the circle is 3" across. Thanks

Would that be for the fox rancher?

How wide does the circle open? If it doesn't open wider than that I doubt its for animals at all.

See how the end of the tongs look like they got hot ? That tool could be used for blowing glass.
