Anybody know the value of this trap , it looks to be new never used ? Also what time frame was this trap produced ? Thanks in advance for any information .

Not sure what year they started making them but they are still being made. Sterling Fur has them for $125 each.

Nope, that's the 600 ,The 800 is for wolf.
Yep that's it I did not know they were still made ! I just picked one up for my collection and wanted to know the value ! Thanks every one for the help.

The first 150 MJ 800s made had a different pan than the more recent ones. The early ones are rectangular with rounded corners and there is a photo of one on the thread about the mini South Dakota get together. Later traps have a round pan. The collector value of the early version has not been well establisher but I think it is about double that of the version currently made. As is true with all collector traps, condition is VERY important. Modified traps, used traps or damaged traps lose most or all collector value and that is especially true for these rather new traps.
