I’m following it on line. Too far to attend in person.

Very nice group of traps. Reasonable prices so far.

Just checked it out on line. Looks like it is going pretty well. Getting good prices for most of the traps.

I wonder what size live crowd they have. Or is it mostly on line folks bidding and buying.

There were about 40 people at the beginning of the auction and about 23 left at the end they were saying where some of the beds were going to online and I'm just guessing that we had some T-man members bedding because I recognized some of the town they were going to

Sounds like a decent crowd for a fairly specialized auction - traps and toys.

I managed to buy a few traps. Hope it doesn’t break the bank getting them shipped to Idaho. ,!!

If they ship them with the USPS, I hope you get them Nancy and if you do it probably will be in about 2 or 3 weeks.

I don't know why this post was moved to the moderator forum. I moved it back here because I see nothing wrong with it.

I saw online that the Duke #15 Bear Trap sold for $725. Was there something about that it made it special? I'd sell the one I have for that and then go buy more and sell them for that all day long. Most of the other prices seemed reasonable to me though.

They are shipping the traps Fedex. They should leave Iowa tomorrow (Monday). I already have the tracking number.

I basically bought user type traps plus a few ordinary collectors. Did by one “special” trap for my personal collection. Probably overpaid but I wanted one trap from his collection, so I figured I might as well splurge!!!

A bidding war. Two bidders wanting the same item. And wanting it VERY much. When that happens, price is no object. See it on a regular basis at live auctions. Has nothing to do with actual value.

Those are fun to watch though! If it's not something you wanted...

Who bought the tight twist 4.5? I’d like to see it.
