FFG Trap Condition Article - 10/15/21 08:50 PM

Just received my November issue of FFG, and in Parr's Antique Trap Collecting column, it deals with condition determining value of traps. He breaks it down to seven grades of condition, and pictures a tower display of #1 Kompact Jump traps, in the different grades.
.
Also tells how to properly clean a collectible trap.

It would sure be nice if the grading was better at the Sydney auction. How a kenwood drag gets graded as “fine” and then gets sold for 100$ cause it was a repo is beyond me.

Just received my FFG, always look forward to every issue! I like my collectable traps to have a history(used) but in that "Excellent/Fine" to "Very Good" condition range.
