Any of the raccoon sized cages will work. Safeguard, Tomahawk, Comstock, Advanced, etc.
The double door traps are particularly good. You can use them for blind or baited sets. The "universal" or "versatile" traps with the built in nose cone work very well when they are denning under structures.

Comstocks. I received my first ones last week. Caught 2 chucks on first day of setting. worth the extra money.

If you do use cage type traps only set them in the shade ,woodchuck can't take the sun long . Colony type traps can be used just put it into the holes . They cost like 3 bucks each to make .

I like the Comstock, will order the Advanced to try soon. Seems when following behind others, bedding cages is important and they seem less shy to coni style triggers. Power traps allow you to also set on steeper inclines.

I use big traps for skunks and little traps for ground hogs lol
