Shame about the gator

It has been reported that the Brevard County Citizen's Committee has posthumously awarded the alligator the distinguished "Citizen of

the Year Award" for saving the county a fortune in jail time, defense attorney fees, transportation, not to mention funeral expenses.

Sounds like the gator did the world a favor!

Lot's of big Gators in that area, I grew up there. Wonder if the Gator mentioned anything about " Taste's just like chicken " before they shot him. Shame they had to kill him, just being a Gator and eating Vermin.

On another subject from that county, that is interesting. A couple guys recently were air boating west of there, on the St.Johns River, encountered and killed a 10 foot Anaconda. Pretty scary stuff when you have a reptile that can grow to 30+ feet, with an unlimited food supply living in your back yard.

Albert, I know the fear. That's like having a 6'6" teenager living near the refrigerator!

Paul, if only you knew....I have 3 teenagers here of my own, plus most of the neighbors kids eating my groceries. I swear I am going to put a game camera up, as quick as they go through food they must be selling it on the black market. LOL I now realize exactly what my father was talking about.

It didn't seem to help the alleged burglar. Apparently that alligator loved spicy Indian food.
