How do I get a key from this Orkin Bait Box

I have one of these in my yard. We don't use Orkin and I want to rebait it myself. What make/model is this bait box and how do I get a key for it?

Some of those bait boxes can be opened by using a screw driver. Many work by a push and pry movement with a screw driver while holding the lower half base with your other hand while doing that movement.
