Nuisance Wildlife Control Paperwork?? - 01/09/18 01:50 PM

In the state of Oklahoma a NWCO needs to keep paperwork for 3 years for documentation and I want the paperwork to be easy to organize and look better than college rule.
Are there template pads for wildlife control like there are for pest control?
If not what all needs to be in the paperwork so I can make some up.

What do you folks use and why?

The state requires a log that we turn in every year.

That's a decent looking templet to go off of.
Thanks EBL!

Every state is different. I am sure, what works for me in Illinois will not work for you.

Just looking for a general outline of information that is normally included in each documented complaint.

I do quite a bit of repair work on my wildlife jobs so I use a few different forms, but for simplicity and records I like to use these. The customer gets a copy of the first form. The second form is a record of work done. Three page invoice front side of this form is the invoice with customer approval lines to initial and sign for the completion of workload and recommendations to help prevent future problems with nuisance wildlife. Everything done on the property is logged and signed off by the property owner for records. This backside is for records etc. Contracts are also submitted with records but are entirely different.
