GoTo bait for flying squirrels? Sunflower just is not getting it!
Peanuts and Jameson's night flyer LTS and also peanuts with walnut oil .
No bait, colony trap over entry. Seal everything else.
In a barn or other unsealable building, PB works just fine.
We just exclude with 1 way. On instances when we need to trap, pb works fine.

A mix of PB and black oil sunflower seeds like rice Krispy treat. Then couple drops of On Target flying squirrel lure. But colony trap at entry is excellent.
