I just moved to Texas and I would like to know how to get started in ADC work. I am having a difficult time finding information online, so any help is appreciated.

Hire a lawyer to create a limited liability company and create form documents.
Hire an accountant to set up everything necessary for the business AND educate you about record keeping, receipts, tax deductions, expenses and asset depreciation.
Next, get liability insurance for $1 million.

This sounds crazy but not far from the truth. With all the regulations I just do it during season if possible. I do some work for a few individual but not much. Mostly beaver work here.

Not crazy at all. This is how a person conducts a business professionally and to stay in business.
Many business ventures fail quickly because the business was not started or run professionally.
