ok, I passed the online course. Printed my certificate of achievement.
Just send an email to the state asking for the application.

Is that all that is to it ? Or does NYS DEC have a test over & beyond online training ?

New York wants more cash from you.

Reach out to the special lisences department and they will send you the application and you can get a municipal for free but have to provide the company name and I’d imagine proof of insurance. But for the general lisence you fill out the application, and send them a money order for $50. Takes a couple of weeks before you get your lisence and paperwork and control log

Seems all NYS employe's are still in covid mode, Renewed the wifes & mine, DEC cashed the check after two weeks & another two weeks for paperwork to come.

They didn't send tge renewal letter to 3 of us. They're emailing it out now, which should save a lot of time.
