Beaver and the seawall

I have a job at a home that has a seawall. Beaver have cut a few smaller trees and worked on some larger trees. The seawall is anywhere from 6 inches to 18 inches above the lake level. I have a leghold near the closest, shallow water area that is close to the recent cuttings. Any idea how high a beaver will climb up to get over a seawall?
