Stone bruise - 09/27/11 08:39 PM
I stepped on a rock in my gravel driveway last year with my house shoes on and bruised my heal. It will get a little better but always comes back when I step on anything hard. It is really bad in the morning when I first get up but gets better after walking on it. If I do a lot of walking it will even start hurting at night before going to bed.
Do you think I might have a spur or what?
Any suggestions?

Plantar faciatis starting ?/ how much walking do you do for your job ?? I learned the hard way years back, you gotta have good shoes with the correct arch-support if your gonna spend alot of time on your feet,

I don't do very much walking at work as I have an office job. I looked up Plantar faciatis on webmd and got some exercise pointers that I will try.
Thanks, Jody

make sure you dont have a small hairline fracture that wont heal because you keep reinjuring it
