Carpal Tunnel???

Well here i am...i am 25 and i know i shouldnt be havin problems all ready but for the last 3 weeks ive been wakin up with three of my fingers numb in my left hand. every morning. now ive got some serious pain in the thumb of the same hand. Can barely open a milk jug. played the cello for 10 years and have landscaped most of my life and have never had any problems....any help as to what might be wrong

Does it fall asleep when you drive? I would see a chiropractor to rule out a pinch nerve, other wise a vitamin b complex pill like GNC big 100 helped mine, ice in cold water, wear a wrist brace?? Advil ?

I had carple tunnel surgery on both hands a couple years ago. I have suffered with it for 20 plus years. I could kick myself for not having it done a long time ago! It really wasn't that bad. Now I have no trouble putting up fur all season. Used to struggle thru each season. My advise is to find a reputable surgeon and just do it! You can not live with that kind of pain !! Sometimes I wonder if all the time people spend on smart phones might cause carpal tunnel.?

Had both hands done. If you don't want the surgery wear the wrist braces at night and while you drive.

Carpal tunnel is from the neck. The symptoms are in the wrist. Stretching and or yoga type stretching will help a lot . Investigate the root cause.
