They always say tea is so healthy, but take a look at the tea aisle at the grocery store and you'll find a rather overwhelming variety. My point is it's not easy to shop for tea, as it can be tricky to know which to buy.

I agree with the massive variety but I always try to get the loose leaf. I feel that if I can see the leaf it's more better for you compared to the extremely ground up stuff.

I grow and create most of my own teas, then you know what’s in them. It does take some knowledge though and some learning.
Starting was somewhat easy - I started with German chamomile homegrown tea.

I like herbal tea better than green tea or black tea (Both of which i don't have). I try to stay away from caffeine as you don't really need it naturally.
