They've helped me. It seems like most people I hear of that go to 1 end up going back for periodic 'maintenance.' Do you think that is usually necessary, or is it mainly just good marketing on the part of chiropractors?

I believe it is definitely helpful. We are vertical creatures, gravity is constantly pulling us down, compressing us from the top down. I always feel better after an adjustment.

My family and I have used them for many years, from damaged slipped disks to reoccurring headaches.
Definitely worth a try, prefer them over medicines and such personally.

What you gotta do is go to the chiropractor, get everything fixed, then strengthen your back so everything stays fixed. That't what i'm doing right now. Just healed from a broken back.

Strengthening the oblique muscles I've heard can be key to maintaining a healthy back.

I went to one a few times for different things. He had one routine no matter if your neck bothered you or your ankles hunt. Same routine. Why?

2 walking sticks help keep me upright when I'm hurting. You can buy them@ hiking/ camping supply stores.
