I think I am going to buy 1. It seems like it'd be good for aerobics, strength, back, & core. I am curious your thoughts on rowing machines

We bought a Hydrow rower last Nov. I highly recommend it.

It’ll work your legs as well. I’d start out way slower than what you think you can do.
Say just 5 minutes first day.
10 minutes on day two.
15 on day three, then see how you feel on day 4. May even give it a rest and start day 5 with 15, then 20 day 6.
Most folks start an exercise and feel 10ft tall and bullet proof and go all out. The next day and especially the day after they’re so sore they never go back to exercising. Eventually you’ll enjoy the soreness and workout enough to keep getting sore, lol.
Really want to work, set it outside in the heat and humidity.

Good luck and let us know what you think and what’s sore, lol. I’ll say again, no matter how you feel on day 1…don’t overdo it!!
