Anyone else suffer from it?
Was diagnosed years ago and they couldn’t understand why I had it since I don’t drink. They seem to think it was the high blood pressure medicine I was on, but told me once I had it I’d always have it. I would have an issue maybe once a year or so. This year it’s been twice already. Some are deserved based on my cheating habits, but the last episode came outa nowhere. Been watching my diet, working out regularly, and dropped 15# in the last month or so.
When it hits, it hits hard! I managed to work through this with a liquid diet, which really sucks.
Just curious if anyone else has it and what do you do to prevent it.
