Look like honey mushrooms, some call them stumpers. If they are, they are good eating.

Honey mushrooms are not poisonous. IF you cook it well andyou can tolerate it. Some people cant. And thats if they are honey mushrooms. There are many look alikes that are poisonous!

they are honeys...was curious myself. Found a bunch of em yesterday and ate a few last nite. Still alive and goin to look for some more today!
