Short answer NO!
Long answer,
Otis makes a true bobcat stretcher and a true coyote stretcher, Top lot is made for both(each animal is different and needs stretched so)

Otis includes a proper wood tail board.
Otis' stretchers are adjustable up and down plus in and out. Big help in getting proper shape.
Otis makes different size bobcat stretchers to match the cat your working on (kitten, small or large.)

Fur should never be "stretched"- just formed.

Then why is that piece of equipment called a "stretcher"? Shouldn't it be called a "form"?

NAFA also shows the coyote and bobcat on same boards. I am not touching the form/stretcher issue. I know what I call them and for the purpose of this post it is board

Forming board is the correct term that describes their purpose.
French trappers call it a mould, which is also a correct description in their language.
