sausage.........duck

This is my personal favorite when BBQ ed...AWESOME even if you hate duck!!

2 lbs Duck breast
2 lbs pork shoulder
1 lb bacon
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt- adjust to taste
2 tsp Hungarian sweet paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
pinch of allspice
1/4 tsp sage
1/2 tsp tyme
1/2 tsp savory
1 tsp sugar
3/4 cup orange liquor
1 tsp liquid smoke

Grind through fine plate, mix in all ingredients, refridgerate overnight. Case in links or loops in hog casing. BBQ this one and enjoy!!! MMMmmmm
