A couple bought my Sister's land where an old house was and the woman wanted to restore the house. I gave them some pictures I had of the old place and told them to tell the workers to be careful because I had seen some rattlesnakes around there and was pretty sure there was some denned up under it.
When they busted out some concrete they found them. This was about the middle of January.



19 came out of here the first day and 8 more came out in the next 3 days or so.

Crikes - there is some good bait base there.

Those old basements and root cellars are notorious for snake dens. Years ago we pulled out close to 100 from an old root cellar that had caved in. A lot of very young ones but it was hard to beleive there was that many.

I took 86 out from under my Grandmother's house once... We cut a part of the floor out to make it easy...... Pier and beam...

I’ll bet there wasn’t a mouse or rat problem at that house.

They would have been fairly easy to handle where I live in Wisconsin in January.
