Its been shown to do a lot of stuff in clinical trials. Chaga extract kills cancer cells in a lab, it has a crap ton of antioxidants...

Whats curious about it is that you cant find anything negative about it. So in that case, even its a placebo and simply doesnt hurt me, I will give it a shot.

And lots of evidence shows it has great health benefits.

I prefer ganja over chaga

I chop it up into quarter to half-inch chunks. Some people take the black shell off but I use it all. Put in a crock pot enough to cover the bottom, fill with water and leave on Low indefinitely. I just ladle it out of the pot every day and drink it straight with a little creamer or honey, but sometimes I add it to coffee too. I'll keep the same dregs going and refill the water continuously until it starts getting weak, then start over.
