Another civil war era cemetary by me...











I posted these to the net to find a grave so family can find them. I also posted the comment that it needed upkeep and the township needed to do this as there are peoples loved ones buried there. I also posted it is a 300 yd hike each way with no drivable access. Thats not suppose to be. Hopefully pressure is applied so they must fix the stones etc.

Here in Wisconsin a civil war group and a cemetery group went head to head because the cemetery group want to "clean up" the civil war cemetery. The reason being is the over grown grass and natural setting was the historically accurate way the cemetery was planned and how it looked when the soldiers were burried there.

Might have to soak it over night.
