cat_trapper_nv "Cat Master" C Joined: Feb 2013 Southern Nevada	I agree. Looking at stride is a great indicator. 8-10" for bobcats, 12-14" for coyotes. Another trick i learned when I had a hound is the "X" method. With coyotes you can draw an X from between the toes and not hit the pad like this..... For bobcat, the pad gets on the way If traps work like the Antis say......I would have no fingers.
