Very nice pond. I see you have at least one koi along with some goldies. Lots of fun and enjoyment.

Two koi! We started with four koi five years ago. I lost one to Dropsy and just had to put one to sleep a couple days ago. I’m not sure what was wrong with him. Did a scale scraping for parasites and checked water.
We love our pond and our little water dragons

I like the coy pond also. That would be relaxing watching the fish.

I've always wanted a fish pond out here , put up a nice rock circle, let all the dirt settle now just have to either get a plastic pond shape to fit or use that heavy plastic material.

Ran a electrical pipe out to for pump power and lighting, thats all been done for ten years or more now LOL

Now retired and it's on the burner again.

What do you do for wintering over ? Cover or remove, heard one should have a deep pond for wintering over
also based on how many fish and size one has.

I don’t do anything except keep the pump an aerators running!

I have a small pond with a pond pump filter, a waterfall and an aerator.
I don't have any koi. I do have a largemouth bass. His name is Delicious Bass. He was a pound and a half when he escaped from the floating holding pen 3 years ago.
Four of his brothers weren't so lucky. They ended up on the dinner table of my son's Filipino MIL, served with the heads on.
DB is now at least 5 pounds and regularly eats birds looking for a free bath.

Thank you!! I’ll try to get nicer videos as summer progresses and the pond plants bloom.
It’s a very comfortable little fortress we have

A lady friend of my wife's had a pond like that. She said coon were eating her fish. It was summer, so I set a live trap by the pond. Turns out it wasn't coon at all, but her neighbor's cat.
