Published by Clayton G. Gates, Richmond, Virginia. This was an important publication for trappers during the 1940s. It was no where near the size, or circulation of FUR Fish Game, but Mr. Gates had leading trapper/writers of the day including E. J. Dailey, J. Curtis Grigg, Pat Sedlak, Walter S. Chansler, John Ehn, Bill Nelson, V. E. Tingley, and many other well known men of the Trapline and Trail.

A couple years ago, I purchased a new Canada Goose Snow Mantra Parka with a coyote ruff. It was for an arctic fox trapping trip. It's a size 2-3X. It's the red parka you see in pictures of scientists wearing in the arctic. I had another parka at the time and ended up using that one instead of the Canada Goose parka. Brand new Snow Mantras don't have the fur ruff and sell for just a little under $2,000. I'll take no less than $750.00 for this unused parka and the buyer pays shipping. It's currently near Wasilla, AK in one of my daughter's closets. If you want some pictures, just message me and I'll get some sent. This is a steal for the right person.

So I see a lot of guys catching otters on smaller creeks throughout the country, however do the fellow Pennsylvanians here have much success catching them anywhere other than the Suski in the small timeframe & areas were able to trap them? What kind of sets do you make, lures etc whether on the Suski or not? Thank you!
