Good job, very interesting. I like the use of the bungy cords, they really help.

BTW What brand knife, and have you ever tried a hook blade utility knife on the opening cut?

Porter,, Just what Monster Tom said. You want to use a shaving stroke. Your knife must be SHARP. Keep your knife at just enought angle. it was hard to see but there is still some belly fat that needs to come of. I've got a nice wide board that i throw over to touch it up with my knife, If anyone every wants to learn, use some early or some damage beaver. Take your time getting them clean, than work your way up on timing. Good luck Totally! You want to try it out on a ruined beaver...such as a beaver with red paint in it. (inside joke)
